Important Update: April 30, 2025

Westwood Masseuse is now operating under Soma House—a holistic clinic offering counselling, holistic nutrition, and Restorative Somatic Yoga. This rebrand reflects Farnaz’s transition into clinical counselling. She completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology in April 2025 and is now a licensed counsellor.  


As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) Farnaz can work with clients across British Columbia and in unregulated provinces. If your benefits plan covers Canadian Certified Counsellors, you should be able to submit receipts for reimbursement. 


Farnaz is still practicing massage. However, in alignment with ethical guidelines and regulatory consultation, clients must choose either massage or counselling services—these cannot be combined or alternated.
