As we are not Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), coverage for our services may be available through a Health Spending Account (HSA) or Wellness Spending Account (WSA). We recommend confirming eligibility directly with your benefits provider. Please note that Westwood Masseuse does not offer direct billing; however, detailed invoices will be provided for submission to your benefits plan. 


Booking with Westwood Masseuse is easy and convenient! For the best experience, please use the online booking system as it provides you with the flexibility to view the most up-to-date booking availabilities, receive appointment reminders, go on waitlists, and easily reschedule if you need to.

Joining Westwood Masseuse's waitlist is a convenient way to secure an appointment if she is booked up. The  booking site allows clients to add themselves to the waitlist from either the Online Booking site or their My Account. On the Online Booking site, you can find the waitlist options below the list of treatments or under the schedule on a specific practitioner's page.


Once you're on the waitlist, you'll receive automatic notifications when an appointment becomes available.

When you book with Westwood Masseuse, that time is reserved just for you. I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice for weekday appointments to avoid being charged the full amount. For weekend appointments, a 48-hour notice is required. Emergencies will always be taken into consideration.  You can cancel online through your Jane account, by email (info@westwoodmasseuse.ca) or by phone (604-441-6382, and yes I promise that I live in Nanaimo!).


Clients who miss appointments will be billed 100% of their scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined above.
